These terms govern your use of https://localprosolutions.com and any services provided by Local Pro Solutions. By using the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Local Pro Solutions provides marketing, local SEO, web design, review management, and related services for local service businesses. Scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are documented separately in a written agreement before work begins.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, lead volumes, conversion rates, ranking positions, or revenue. We provide services in good faith and apply professional judgment, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including platform changes, market conditions, competitive activity, and the client's own operations.

Client ownership of accounts

Clients own all advertising accounts, tracking pixels, phone tracking numbers, website code, domain registrations, review profiles, and other marketing assets created or used during the engagement. We operate these accounts as authorized agents.

Month-to-month engagement

Services are billed month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate the engagement with reasonable notice (typically 30 days), at which point all client-owned accounts remain with the client.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Pro Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
